    • Monthly check-in meetings within six months before your event and regular email updates after our initial meeting.

    • A refined approach to establishing your vision for your event and maintaining an alignment with that vision.

    • Prompt communication about important updates outside of our monthly check-ins.

    • A refined approach to aligning the decor with your vision and budget.

    • Precise attention to every little detail surrounding your event.

Full-Service Planning

Every little detail.

    • An initial meeting of up to one hour to discuss your budget, vision, and decor goals.

    • A shared dream board with images curated based on my understanding of your vision after our initial meeting to ensure we’re on the same page before developing a design plan.

    • A venue visit and floor plan visualization and analysis.

    • Vendor sourcing and coordination, including week-of-event check-ins.

    • A final check-in meeting with you during the week before your event.

    • Prompt communication and regular design progress updates.

    • A refined approach to aligning the decor with your vision and budget.

    • Meticulous execution of the design plan with enough flexibility to problem-solve and redirect our plans.

Event Design Only

Meeting your decor needs.

Equity, Sustainability & Accessibility Consultation

$50 per hour

    • A minimum of one-hour discussion with Omi to address your equity, sustainability or accessibility-related business concerns.

    • A minimum of one hour was spent doing further research and composing a written report of our conversation and Omi’s feedback or suggestions.

  • When you book a consultation call with Omi to discuss equity, sustainability, or accessibility standards for your business or an event, Omi requests that you prepare a list of questions and arrive to the meeting with a clear objective.
